Water activities are good for diabetes control

A University of Alberta research team found that some people living with type 2 diabetes struggle to do land-based exercises, such as walking, because of other health issues such as joint pain. So they decided to find out whether water-based exercises, which are easier on the joints, are as beneficial when it comes to diabetes control.
