March is for Salmon and Quinoa Patties

These patties are delicious, simple, and healthy. Enjoy them on whole-grain rolls, with grilled vegetables, or made into 16 mini-patties for an easy appetizer. “Canned salmon is an easy way to get your omega-3 fatty acids and is low in mercury. Mash up the bones to get as much calcium as a ⅔ cup of yogurt, with the added bonus of 400 IU of vitamin D,” says registered dietitian Sandi Williams.
